Bob Diamond, Managing Attorney
Bob is a practicing real estate attorney, real estate developer, and published author of three books on foreclosure investing. You may be familiar with Bob from his appearances on FOX, NBC, or CNBC or on his real estate radio show.
A graduate of Villanova University in Finance and Temple law school, Bob started his real estate career in 1991 as the manager of REO (bank owned) real estate foreclosing and disposing of these properties. While at Meridian Mortgage, he was modifying loans before anyone even coined the phrase back in the 1990ā€™s, most importantly he learned about how banks really work. Bob attended Temple Law School earning a number of negotiating contests while in law school. In 1993 upon graduation from Temple Law school he started practicing law with Rolf Marsh in Media PA. Bob quickly gained a reputation for litigation and negotiation and was recruited by Cozen Oā€™Connorā€™s real estate law practice. Cozen Oā€™Connor is one of the 100 largest law firms in the US and has over 500 attorneysĀ http://www.cozen.com/Ā Bob gained valuable training and insight during his time at Cozen and handled many large banks and portfolios of assets.
Over the past 20 years, Bob has personally been involved in the negotiation of over $100M in real estate transactions as counsel, advisor, investor or agent. His investments cover both commercial and residential real estate using advanced real estate investing techniques including buying discounted liens, notes and judgments, buying out of bankruptcy, short sales, taking under and subject to, straight equity purchases, multi-units and condo conversions.

Ed Diamond, CEO
Ed provides daily oversight of our operations including general management, file processing, technology, finance and accounting. He is a former CEO and CIO, with deep knowledge of all key business support functions developed over a 24 year career in Fortune 500 and mid size companies in the US and Canada including PepsiCo, Pepsi-Americas, DSD Solutions, Manheim Imports and others. The industries range from consumer products through software and the automotive industry.
Possessing an MBA from the University of Memphis and BA in Finance from Northeastern University gives Ed the underlying academic training and mind set to ensure that the daily operation of the business will meet the requirements of Diamond Law Center. His network of other professionals developed over his career will be called upon to ensure the Law Center has the talent it needs in all areas as the company grows. Ed has also invested in real estate and understands the core processes necessary to ensure that our clientā€™s needs are met on a daily basis through blending technology processes with human capital resulting in high levels of performance.
